If you can include running up sand dunes in your workout, you are bound to burn even more calories and give your legs even more of a challenge. Of course don’t forget to pack what you need to get in your seaside workouts.

Circuit Training

The challenge of circuit training becomes so much more enjoyable when you have the beautiful beach scenery to enjoy while you are working out. One way of doing this is by drawing a big circle in the sand, placing rocks at equal intervals and assigning an exercise to each one.
